Why do we set up multiple properties for a single account?

There could be several reasons why we would want to create more than one property for a single Google Analytics 4 (GA4) account.
- Multiple websites
- Different Regions
- Testing Purposes
- Multiple platforms

Of all of these, creating new property for testing is the most common. The reason behind it is that we would want to ensure data quality is consistent throughout our tracking. We can ensure that using a test property and monitoring that and then make changes according to our desired tracking plan.
