How to Access Event Flow
To access path exploration in Google Analytics 4, navigate to Explore >> Path Exploration

How to Use Path Exploration Report
Once you access the path exploration report, you can change the level of details to only see the events you're interested in. To do this, click on the event name to expand it further.
By selecting explore traffic from here, you can actually build events funnels to see the order in which a specific action is carried out.
