Vinja is an innovative software as a service that allows companies to create and customize videos with additional interactivity with help of overlays, popups and offers. Being a startup their core team was focused on building and growing their awesome product.

They tapped us to help figure out best ways to present video and product usage information to their clients. Although they were using Google Analytics internally after review of needs we elected to use keen.io to build their client facing reporting infrastructure. 

Keen.io is a relatively new tool that allows any team to build their own analytics, it offers a simple api and javascript library to send data and then allows developers to handle building presentation of data as they see fit. 

Measurement Strategy & Development team worked with the founders to figure exactly what to present. Its customisability allowed vinja to show exactly the data needed and its granular access model made sure each client only saw their own data.  We used the tool to quickly prototype working models of dashboards and helped acquaint their developers with the framework.
